What is Professional Pride Co.?
Professional Pride Co. makes apparel specifically designed for nurses, teachers, healthcare workers, and educators — people who do important work and are full human beings with hobbies, humor, and lives beyond their job title. We make meaningful products that celebrate who you actually are.
Who is Professional Pride Co. for?
Primarily nurses, teachers, healthcare workers, and educators — and the people who want to give them a genuinely meaningful gift. Really, anyone in a demanding profession who knows their job title is just one part of who they are.

What products do you currently offer?
We currently have three products:

Are you planning to add more products?
Yes. Hoodies, tote bags, water bottles, and designs for other professions (social workers, medical assistants, dental hygienists, counselors) are all in the works. Want to suggest something? Email us at support@professionalprideaco.com — we read every message.
Are your products available in different sizes?
Yes. Our tees are available in XS–3XL (unisex sizing). Our mug is the standard 11oz ceramic.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. Enter your address at checkout to see shipping options and costs for your location.
Quality & Materials
What material are your t-shirts made from?
Our tees are made from a premium cotton blend, designed for comfort and durability through regular wear and washing.
Is the mug dishwasher safe?
Yes, the Healthcare Heroes Mug is dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
How long will my products last?
Our products are built for regular use — not display-only. The mug handles regular dishwasher cycles; the tees are designed to maintain their color and fit through normal washing. If you have any quality concerns with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, then ship in 5–7 business days standard (US). Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on US orders over $50.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. 30-day returns and exchanges, no questions asked. Full refund of purchase price. See our Returns Policy for details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@professionalprideaco.com with photos of the damage. We'll replace it or refund it — fully on us.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We offer gift wrapping for $3.99 at checkout — perfect for nurse appreciation, teacher gifts, or self-care splurges.
Sizing & Fit
What's your sizing like?
Our tees are unisex sizing — relaxed/classic fit rather than tailored. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down one size from your usual.
Are your tees unisex or fitted?
Unisex cut — comfortable for anyone, and makes them easy to buy as gifts without knowing exact measurements.
Customization & Bulk Orders
Can I customize my order?
We don't currently offer individual customization, but we can do bulk custom orders for hospital units, schools, or organizations. Email support@professionalprideaco.com with what you need.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Email us with your quantity, product interest, and timeline and we'll put together a quote.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Shopify's industry-standard encryption. We never store credit card data.
Gifts
Is Professional Pride Co. a good gift for nurses or teachers?
That's exactly what we designed it for. These products work well as personal purchases but they're particularly strong as gifts — meaningful, practical, and specific to the person's actual life rather than a generic stereotype.
Can I add a gift message?
Not yet via checkout — we're working on adding this. In the meantime, email us at support@professionalprideaco.com after placing your order and we'll do our best to include a note.
What are your best sellers as gifts?

Returns, Refunds & Issues
What's your return policy?
30 days from purchase, no questions asked. Full refund minus original shipping, or exchange for a different size or product.
How do I start a return?
Email support@professionalprideaco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.
